The below outlines the Sole Motive online policies on Delivery & Returns. We hope to make your Sole Motive experience as easy and pleasant as possible, so if you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
Orders of $150 or more will receive FREE DELIVERY.
All orders under $150 a flat rate of $9.95 delivery fee will be charged. Orders are delivered by StarTrack and Australia Post Delivery network. Delivery times are 3-5 business days.
*Please note that magazines, subscriptions and books are not applicable to the above delivery terms.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping at this time.
You can return an item for a refund of your product within 30 days of your purchase date providing it is unused, returned in the same condition as sent out to you and that all tags and packaging are intact. Please note the cost of the return postage is at your expense.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office at Sole Motive, 170 Queen Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. Ensure your items are packed securely or use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. Refunds can be made in store.
Returns can take up to 5 business days to arrive at our office. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification.

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us on 03 8566 8050. Sole Motive will offer an exchange for your product and hold your new produce for 1 week.
Once your product arrives in store we will resend your new product to you.
In the unlikely event that your product is deemed faulty, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
