If you find you are not completely satisfied with your order items, Sole Motive offer a 14 day returns policy starting from the date you received your parcel. This ONLY applies to FULL PRICED items.
Return delivery costs are at customers expense for change of mind, or exchange of size / colour. On the rare occasion where you receive the wrong product, or your product is faulty, Sole Motive will reimburse all shipping costs.

If your purchased your merchandise before 15 July, it was posted on Wednesday, 17 July and should arrive within 2-3 business days*.

If you purchased your merchandise from 15 July, it will be available for collection from the Sole Motive retail store (170 Queen Street) on Monday 22 July, from 12pm.
Collection is available from the Event Village, Birrarung Marr on Saturday 28 July, 8:00am-4:00pm OR from the Event Village, River Terrace on Sunday 29 July: 6:00am-12:30pm.
WANT A REFUND?
We always want to put a smile on our customer’s face. So If you have a change of mind with a Sole Motive purchase and providing the product is unworn, tags are still attached and it is not altered in any way we can provide you with a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simply return the item with the original invoice to our Sole Motive store. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.We want everyone to have consumer satisfaction. If you believe your item is faulty, not fit for use, significantly different to the description, does not do what we said it would or what you asked for, please return it to our store as you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
