Delivery & Returns

 

If you find you are not completely satisfied with your order items, Sole Motive offer a 14 day returns policy starting from the date you received your parcel. This ONLY applies to FULL PRICED items. 

Return delivery costs are at customers expense for change of mind, or exchange of size / colour. On the rare occasion where you receive the wrong product, or your product is faulty, Sole Motive will reimburse all shipping costs.
 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. Products must be returned within 14 days or receiving their goods.

2. Original swing tags must remain attached.

3. Item(s) must be in original condition and not been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained or marked.

4. Item must have been purchased in full.

Please email sales@solemotive.com.au to notify us about your exchange or refund and we will send you though instructions on how to make the return.
 
Once your package is received by Sole Motive, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately, however please allow 5-10 days for your refund to show in your account.
