The 13.5km event start in the Eastern Paddocks with the finish line on the centre of the race track. The course features varied terrain, from a grassed race track, to country sealed and gravel roads. From the start line, the 13.5km event head towards Straws Lane on a gravel trail then complete a section on country roads and trails before re-entering the Hanging Rock reserve to run around the base of Hanging Rock on a cross-country trail , entering the race course to head to the finish line.

Clothing storage is available in the Event Village. Look for the ‘Bag Drop’ marquee.
Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.

There will be bottled water and cups of electrolyte at the finish line.
On day entries will be available on site from 7am.
The car park will open from 7.00am. The only point of entry to Hanging Rock Racecourse is off South Rock Road. Once you enter Hanging Rock Reserve, please follow the directions from our marshals. Please allow enough time to park and walk to the event site.

There are two options to collect your race kit:
Option 1 –Postage:
If you wish to have your race pack posted to you, you must register before 11:59pm,28 March 2021. Please note, a delivery fee of $8.95 applies..
Option 2 – Pickup at the event site:
If you registered after 28 March 2021, you must collect your Race Pack at the event site on Saturday 17 April, 7am.
There will be feather kilometre markers throughout the event. These will be located every 1km.
